We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, passionate teaching assistant to join our close working team.The role will involve supporting  a child with an EHC Plan.

Applications from candidates with experience of working as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or similar are welcomed.

Thornham St.James is committed to safeguarding children and young people. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Salary: Grade 3 Scale point 16-21 (£18,319 - £20,541 pro rata). 
Actual Salary: £10,638 - £11,928 p.a. 

Contract: Fixed term January 2019 - 31st July 2019 (reviewed annually due to funding)

Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, term time + 5 days

Based at: Thornham St.James C.E (Controlled) Primary School, Castleton Road, Royton, Oldham OL2 6XT
