Hours: 36.66 per week

Based: Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT

Role Overview:

The purpose of the role is to administer payments of free early education entitlement funding, early years pupil premium, and the SEN Inclusion Fund to early years providers in accordance with funding conditions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide advice and information about early education funding to early years providers, including schools, private nurseries and childminders.
  • To provide support and training to early education providers in relation to funding and processing claims, including induction of new providers, visits to settings and meetings with parents.
  • To undertake financial audits of providers in receipt of free early education entitlement and related funding, producing reports on all financial audits and site visits.



Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience of using financial systems, collating financial information, analysing data and producing reports
  • Experience of providing a high-quality customer care
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection process and why this is important
