To support DSEN pupils across school with SEN support plans and EHC Plans)

Required to start as soon as possible

Salary: Grade 3, SCP 6-11 £19,171-£21,116 pro rata (+SEN allowance) per annum

Term time only + 5 days, 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 12.30pm)

Temporary contract initially to July 2021 due to DSEN funding

The successful applicant will: 

  • Have experience working as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or similar.
  • Have experience of working with pupils with a range of special needs/disabilities.
  • Have a good standard of English and Maths and knowledge of the primary curriculum. 
  • Be hard working and adaptable to change
  • Be highly motivated and passionate about learning and developing their own continuing professional development.
  • Enjoy being challenged.
  • Be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, governors, outside agencies and the community.
