Role Overview:

 

To provide high quality finance and payroll support services to MioCare Group staff. You will represent the organisation with professionalism, efficiency and initiative to ensure the effective delivery of services to officers and service users.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Finance Manager and Finance Team Leader in liaising with budget holders and other staff on financial matters
  • Contribute to the efficient use of finances ensuring that expenditure is in line with budget management policies and agreed budgets
  • Oversee the input of employee information to payroll to ensure that accurate employee records are maintained
  • To assist in ensuring the correct monthly salary payments are made to staff by ensuring accuracy of inputs
  • Liaise with the payroll provider to ensure all queries are efficiently resolved and work with the Finance Team Leader to produce management and employee reports from the payroll and HR system

 

Key Requirements:

 

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Extensive experience of maintaining financial records and reconciliations
  • Experience of operating payroll applications
  • Completion of payroll reconciliations and production of management employee information
