Hours:     37.5  per week

Role overview

 

Working within the Business Change Services Team you will support project & programme management and transformational change across The Unity Partnership, Oldham Council and other external organisation to meet the needs and demands of our customers, particularly in the context of challenging times for local public services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting Unity Partnership, Oldham Council and wider stakeholders business change and transformation programmes
  • Supporting the development of compelling proposals for new business to existing or new customers
  • Delivering analysis, research, design and implementation activities to contribute to the completion of projects & programmes

 

 

Key Requirements

 

You will be a high calibre individual ideally with 2 – 3 years experience of:

  • Delivering ‘quality’ solutions that improve Local Public Services
  • Building relationships across a spectrum of influence, you will be a highly effective networker

You will also be a self-starter combined with the ability to be a strong team player –able to work with a diverse range of teams and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will be self-motivated and confident in your ability to use your own initiative and work with limited supervision and direction.

You will have an engaging personality coupled with high levels of energy and enthusiasm and

deadlines.
