Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated team manager on Long Term Team responsible for a small team of social workers. You should have the ability to motivate and influence staff, leading a high performing team who produce good quality work, improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Essential to this role will be experience in recruitment induction and staff development as well as in supervising and supporting staff. In addition, you should have a range of performance management and quality assurance skills and can lead the team to meet the highest professional standards.

Key Requirements:
- Educated to DIPSW or degree level social work;
- HCPC registration;
- Evidence of professional development;
- Must have the ability to use IT;
- Substantial post qualification experience in statutory child-care services;
- Working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to improve practice
- An enhanced DBS is required
