Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 12 – 17) £21,589 - £23,836 per annum.
Contract: Permanent starting 17th August 2020
Hours: Full Time - 36 hours 40 mins per week
(Term Time - Mon-Fri 7.00am - 10.20am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm and School Holidays - 7 hours 20 minutes per day )

(20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays - Any holidays to be taken during school holidays)

 

The Governors of Holy Rosary RC Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and pro-active Site Manager to provide maintenance services, general assistance and security on school premises, ensuring a safe environment for staff, pupils and visitors to the school.

 

The role of the site manager will need to:

  • ensure the site is secure and well-maintained including daily cleaning and minor
  • improve the decoration work,
  • supervise a range of external contractors
  • ensure health and safety requirements and school regulations are met at all time
  • manage the external cleaning service provider and support the existing cleaning staff
  • have excellent communication and IT skills
  • have the ability to work effectively with all members of the school community.

 

Applicants must be able to provide evidence of previous experience in the same or similar role.
