Role overview

This is a brand-new role in the HR team here at #TeamOldham. You can expect your role to be instrumental in the delivery of the Workforce Strategy. You will support a wide range of complex and resident focussed services and you will ensure the alignment between workforce and business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Driving the delivery of the Workforce Strategy across #TeamOldham
  • Ensure alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Being a change agent within #TeamOldham, supporting organisational transformation. 

Key Requirements

  • A confident, experienced HR Professional who is used to working in a fast paced, complex organisation and has: 
  • Experience of developing and implementing workforce related strategies.
  • An ability to quickly form effective relationships and influence at all levels.
  • To be comfortable with creative thinking to solve business challenges
