Primary Teaching Posts in Oldham for September 2017

Salary Teacher Main scale £22,467- £33,160

Oldham is seeking expressions of interest from primary teachers interested in working in Oldham. This process is not restricted to just NQT's and we welcome expressions of interest from teachers returning to the profession.  Oldham is creating/establishing a "pool" which some schools may use to fill vacancies for September 2017.  Primary Headteachers will have access to information on applicants to this pool and may invite selected applicants for interview should they have a vacancy.

Oldham is an excellent place to start and develop a teaching career, because:

  • NQT induction is high quality, and quality assured to a high standard.
  • With five Teaching Schools in the borough the offer for teachers after their NQT year is second to none.
