Salary: Grade 4 (SCP12 – 17) £21,589 - £23,836 per annum.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time -36hrs 40mins per week

(Mon-Thurs 6.45am-11.15am & 2.45pm-5.45pm. Fri 6.40am-11.15am & 2.45pm-5.00pm)

(Holidays to be taken during school holidays)

 

The Governors of St Herbert’s School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking, well organised, Site Manager to provide maintenance services, general assistance and security on school the premises, ensuring a safe environment for staff, pupils and visitors to the school.

 

Duties include ensuring that the site is secure and well-maintained, including daily cleaning and minor improvement and decoration work, identified through regular site inspection; key holding; undertaking safety audits of the premises including risk assessments and ensuring regular health and safety checks are completed e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting and Legionella testing.

 

Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, communicating effectively with children, staff, governors, parents and contractors.

 

St Herbert’s RC Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. This appointment will be subject to a full enhanced DBS check and references will be taken up.
