Contract: Permanent

Salary: From £2o,043 per year (pro-rata) 

Hours: 25 hours per week (shift patterns/working hours are negotiable)

Based: Either our Community Enablement Service (Units 1-3, Whitney Court, Oldham, OL4 1DB) or our Residential Enablement Service (Medlock Court, Medlock Way, Lees, Oldham, OL4 3LD)

Role Overview:

We are looking to recruit two values-driven people to join us as Quality Monitoring Officer

 

We have one vacancy in our Community Enablement Service based at Whitney Court (OL4 1DB) and one vacancy in our Residential Enablement Service based at Medlock Court (OL4 3LD)

 

You will be quality and outcomes-focussed with the drive to promote a culture of continuous improvement, keeping those who use our service at the heart of what we do.

 

Working with partners and colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring we always deliver the outstanding care that people deserve.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the leadership team to implement and embed quality systems and processes
  • Undertake spot checks and audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance, producing written and verbal reports as required.
  • Support the leadership team to prepare for internal, external and regulatory inspections.
  • Support the Registered Manager in delivering engagement events with people who use our service, completing satisfaction questionnaires and using this feedback to help shape future service delivery

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience of conducting audits, identifying opportunities to help drive continuous service improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, people who use our services, their families and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability produce reports for a range of audiences.
