Role overview
The Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) is accessed by a range of health and social care professionals within Oldham and provides equipment to adults and children to support with moving and handling, bathing, mobility etc. Working alongside the ICES team, you will provide effective business support, contribute to their service delivery and achievement of their team objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries from members of the public and Health and Social Care staff
- Supporting with the Equipment Panel by collating panel applications, preparing meeting documentation, drawing up panel outcome letters and maintaining the specials panel database
- Supporting with meetings; booking rooms, circulating agendas, recording and circulating minutes
- Completing equipment audits and arranging collections of equipment no longer required
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills to manage your own workload effectively
- Experience of using computer packages for word-processing, spreadsheets and databases plus using the internet and sending/receiving emails
