The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced and ambitious practitioner to lead continued success in our school in line with our priorities. You will lead our Early Years phase.

 

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Has curriculum management and leadership skills and is looking to further develop their career.
  • Can analyse data and use this to identify areas for development.
  • Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations and experience in the Early Years.
  • Can share good practice with colleagues and be a positive role model.
  • Has good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Has the ability to lead, inspire and motivate others and work effectively as a team.
