Site Manager (Grade 4 (£19,819 - £23,111)

 

Full time (36 hours 40 minutes per week) Full Year Split shifts Mon - Fri (6.40am – 11.00am & 3.00pm – 6.00pm) 

Annual leave entitlement of 26 days minimum (2 to be used during the Christmas Holiday), and increases with continuous service

 

 

The Board of Directors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious Site Manager, who will be deployed initially at Alt Academy, but will be expected to work centrally across our Oldham Hub.
   

The successful candidate will be a practical, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic person who has overall responsibility to support the Principal in managing the school site.

You should be motivated, proactive and be capable of working unsupervised under your own initiative. Experience in caretaking or other similar roles is essential with knowledge of regulations and legislation that apply to a school setting, i.e Health and Safety, Security etc.  Also the ability to carry out small building works i.e general joinery, plumbing, repairs and maintenance is also essential.
