We are looking to recruit an Administrator:
Part time 18.5 hours per week – 12 month fixed term contract
Working every other Saturday
Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11.45 - 17.15 Saturday 11.45 – 15.45
Week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11.45 - 17.15
This role is to predominately cover our Brook Sexual Health Service reception however the post holder will need to be flexible with their working pattern due to the requirement to cover reception duties on a team rota and throughout the wider organisation as required.
£17,675 - £18,180 pro rata per annum

The successful candidates will provide an effective, efficient and responsive administrative service to Positive Steps, PS Trading and co-located services. They will be adaptable team players able to give excellent customer service both internally in-house to colleagues and partners and also to our external and diverse clients.
