Salary:  will start at £26,317 and upon completion of ASYE salary will go up to £29,636

Hours: Full-time (36.66 per week) and part-time positions available

Based: Units 7-13, Whitney Court, Southlink, Hamilton Street, Oldham OL4 1DB

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • a professional qualification in social work;
  • Ability to undertake key social work role in responsibilities with support with in child protection, Children with Disabilities, Short Breaks, Children in Need, Children looked after children Including Permanency, Adoption, Fostering and Aftercare
  • to have a child-centered approach
  • Ability to assess and analyse 
  • the ability to plan, co-ordinate and deliver packages of support;
  • the ability to write reports to a high standard.
  • to work in partnership to support holistic care planning
