Hours: 36.66 per week

Based: Home working is required, and all equipment will be provided

Role Overview:

The purpose of the post is to provide effective complex Contact Tracing in the Borough of Oldham.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Case Workers will be responsible for Contact Tracing in complex settings such as schools, primary care settings, approved residential settings, large or high-risk workplaces, health and social care services and with underserved populations.

 

 

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Have excellent customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient information to the public, service users, colleagues and partners
  • Have excellent communication skills to exchange information with a range of audiences
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have experience of working as part of a team

The Case Workers will have to undergo Tier 1 contact tracing training.  This is an online package through Health Education England (HEE).  There is also local context training through GM.

 

Training will be provided for the case management record system (CRM)
