Administration Officer (Grade 3) £18,319 - £20,541 per annum pro rata
195 days per annum (term time + 5 days) & 36 hours 40 minutes per week

The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic Administration Officer, who will be deployed at one of our academies based in Oldham. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of our trust team. The post holder may be required to provide cover, potentially at short notice, to our other Oldham hub academies.

The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 12 schools under the trust umbrella, 5 in the Oldham borough, this brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees. The Harmony Trust has high expectations of our pupils and staff. We have an excellent reputation and are innovative in our aim for educational excellence.

The successful candidate will
  • have welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children
  • have excellent ICT skills and be able to utilise a number of different packages
  • have experience of a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the day to day   business of the school.
  • be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy
  • support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy & trust policies and procedures
  • Be able to commit to working across multiple location and travel to academies where support is needed
