Hours: 36.66per week: Flexible working options, including part time will be considered.
Based: Oldham Council, , Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT (with occasional travel to locations across Greater Manchester).

Role Overview:
Working within the Council’s People Service you will have responsibility for the development, coordination and delivery of the Workforce Wellbeing and Inclusivity priorities, driving improvements including targeted interventions, whole system approach and collaboration.
You will be a creative thinker who works well on your own initiative as well as being an effective team player, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the design, development and coordination of the Workforce Wellbeing programme offer and working to achieve its objectives by maintaining excellent service delivery of a targeted preventative strategy and whole system approach.
- To lead the Inclusivity work stream to implement agreed interventions, process development and support arrangements.
- To be the subject matter expert in relation to the Occupational Health and Associated Services for Oldham Council which support the workforce wellbeing and inclusivity
- Help develop and implement effective methods of measurement, monitoring and evaluation of policies, programmes and services.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum:
- Experience of or the ability to design and execute wellbeing and inclusivity strategies and initiatives within the workplace, including the creation of staff communications and programmes of activity.
- Experience of working with partners to promote wellbeing and inclusivity and collaborate on opportunities that improve the health and diversity of the workforce
- Experience of managing and successfully delivering complex projects to meet stated business objectives, determining milestones and adjusting project plans over time to ensure delivery remains on track
