We currently have the following vacancy within our Oldham town centre offices:

ICT TECHNICIAN
Salary Range: £21,528.15 - £23,578.45 per annum + benefits
Permanent 36 hours per week

To deliver a quality service to Positive Steps (as outlined in BS ISO17799: 2000 Code of Practice for Information Security Management and the Office of Government Commerce IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)) through proactively assisting the work of the ICT Team in its development, implementation and maintenance of ICT systems and infrastructure which support the work of the organisation and external customers (traded services).

To support the efficient and effective deployment of all technology-based resources under Positive Steps control throughout the geographic operating base.

To provide on-going support for all users in their use of the Positive Steps’ ICT services.
