Role Overview:

The Governors of the school are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 child with AEN on a 1:1 basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Be able to deliver a high quality provision and understand children’s development
• Work flexibly
• Work as part of a team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good relationship with children in their care and has a very good understanding of how children learn.
• Contribute to the hardworking, dedicated and caring ethos of the Pre-School and build positive relations with children, colleagues, parents and governors
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Has a knowledge of working 1:1 with a child with AEN.
