25 hours per week, (9:15am-15:15pm)

Salary Grade 3 Point 6-11 £11,130- £12,289 (actual salary) + SEN allowance (Revised NJC Pay Scale) per annum

Term time + 5 days

The Governors of Blessed John Henry Newman RC College are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate individual to the role of Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior support staff and teaching staff to assist the teacher in the delivery of quality teaching and learning to SEN pupils. By establishing respectful, professional and trusting relationships with pupils, and acting as a role model, the successful candidate will engage and motivate young people and colleagues alike and will assist in realising the college vision (above). These posts would suit graduates and those who aspire to a career in teaching.
