Role overview
The purpose of the role is to provide effective business support to the Schools and Learning Team to contribute to their service delivery and achievement of their team objectives.
 
Key responsibilities

  • To support all aspects of the administration and delivery relating to the Education Psychology Team.
  • To be the frontline of communication between the Learning Service and clients on day to day issues.
  • To work flexibly and support the work of other teams in Education and Early Years through agreement by Line Managers.

 

 

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience of undertaking a range of administration and clerical tasks.
  • Customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners and service users.
  • Organisational skills to complete tasks to deadlines.
  • Team working skills to work effectively with others to meet deadlines and complete work to the required standard.
  • Problem solving skills to interpret information/situations and solve straightforward problems
