Beever Primary School is looking to appoint a permanent site manager following the retirement of our present postholder.

We have over 240 children on roll and require a Site Manager to take responsibility for the maintenance, safety and security of the whole site.

 You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the school premises are maintained to a very high standard and statutory compliance is maintained.

We also require the successful candidate to undertake duties such as painting whole areas within school and carry out repairs in line with the job description / person specification.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of current health and safety requirements enabling us to provide a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will be in daily contact with staff and students so good communication skills are also of great importance.
