Role Overview:
To be responsible to the relevant Assistant Head of Service for the management, development and delivery of all aspects of digital skills and technologies including ICT and Business programmes across the Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the overall strategic management of the Service.
- To assist in the identification of new developments, initiatives and policies within the Service.
- To implement data and financial monitoring procedures.
- To be responsible for planning and reviewing the Self Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan of the team in line with the Service Plan and Directorate and Corporate objectives.
- To ensure the implementation of all Service policies.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum:
- Relevant teaching qualification at level 4 e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, B.Ed.
- Level 3 subject specialism qualification in a relevant curriculum area.
- Excellent organisational skills will be needed to agree, develop and manage teaching and learning within the Post 19 sector; with Practitioner experience in the curriculum area relevant to the post.
