Role Overview:

As a registered professional with a qualification in Health or Social Work you will lead Adult Social Cares Adult MASH Team, and work in partnership with multi agency safeguarding partners in Oldham’s multiagency safeguarding hub to effectively prevent abuse and respond to adults at risk of abuse.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, and co-ordination of the activities of the Adult MASH Team.
  • You will lead and contribute to effective multiagency risk assessment, risk management and partnership working.
  • You will lead the delivery of high-quality safeguarding adult’s practice.
  • You will continuously contribute to the development of team and service.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • A recognised and registered professional qualification in Health or Social Work.
  • Experience of leading or managing a team in a health and social care setting
  • Excellent leadership, partnership working and communication skills to effectively lead and contribute to multiagency safeguarding practice.
  • An extensive knowledge of health and social care legislation and guidance, partnership working principles and change management.
